Marshall Jefferson University is in collaboration with ICCAC to provide a uniformity of academic and non-academic certification, accreditation and validation for the professional Up-skilling of Human Resources.

The Industrial & Commercial Certification & Accreditation Center (ICCAC), in association with Marshall Jefferson University (MJU), provides globally recognized certification and validation through the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) / Validation des Acquis de l’Expérience (VAE) framework.
Our accreditation provides confidence in certificates and conformity attestations. It underpins the value of professional competence on individual on the job expertise. In a globalized market environment and the mobility of human resources, it is a requirement to use accredited services for those who did not go to formal academic institutions to acquire their professional skills.

The ICCAC is a body that provides certification, validation and accreditation to individuals and companies interested in conformity assessment

ICCAC being an independent 3rd party body shall use certain tools in tandem with international certification guidelines or shall create its own score card, validation system in certifying its certification process.

We promote worldwide acceptance of certificates of conformity and validation and verification statements issued by ICCAC and seek to add value for all stakeholders through what we do and through our services.

The acceptance or rejection of ICCAC certification, validation and accreditation by any parties is an independent affair

We bring together, on a worldwide basis, partners with specific domain expertise to be engaged as and when required base on client’s request to add on to the validation process.

We develop and/or recognize appropriate processes and practices for the conduct of conformity assessment worldwide and ensure their universal application by ICCAC Body.

Our certification accreditation and validation is an independent assessment “Without Prejudice” and cannot be use as an evidence or being charged in court.
VAE / RPL
Validation Based on VAE / RPL
The VAE or Validation des Acquis de l'Expérience is a procedure for the recognition of prior learning that allows any professional institution or trade organizations to grant certification base on work experience. It is a process through which non-formal learning and informal learning are measured, mediated for recognition across different contexts and certified against the requirements for credit, access, inclusion or advancement in the formal education and training system or workplace.
It is a global system developed for Semi-Skill, Skilled and Professionals from Industrial & Commercial sectors. Levels of Certifications will be issued jointly by the Marshall Jefferson University and Industrial Commercial Certification Accreditation Center (ICCAC) based on prior learning academic qualifications, work experience, informal skills, credit transfers, personal characteristic assessment and professionalism. The level of qualifications shall be matched on individual competency. Our appointed professional assessment representatives shall be able to counsel individual applicant and advise accordingly.
An evaluation form, formal documents, personal profile, written assignment and assessment report shall be furnished to our ICCAC to be evaluated.
The Board of Evaluators shall advise the applicant should the document and information provided are sufficient or needs further clarifications. Upon success each candidate shall be provided with an offer letter.
The MJU & ICCAC has formulated the VAE system in association with international compliance. All certification are jointly certified by MJU & ICCC.
